BitMart under pressure: 22,000 USDT and 930,000 SNC still not released after 48 hours – is BitMart running out of funds?

SCANDIC COIN (SNC) is demanding an immediate explanation from BitMart. According to SNC, a withdrawal request submitted on 26 July 2026 at 09:10:03 German time was still marked as ‘Pending’ today, 28 July 2026 – more than 48 hours later. At the time of publication, 22,000 USDT (equivalent to 22,000 US dollars) and almost 930,000 SNC (currently equivalent to 158,000 US dollars) had still not been credited to the designated wallets.

SCANDIC COIN states that time-stamped screenshots document the account balances, the withdrawal request, the amounts, the date, the time and the current status. These assets are not the property of BitMart; they are merely deposits. According to SNC, they belong exclusively to the operating company, are not BitMart’s funds and are not held in open trading positions.

The question BitMart can no longer avoid
BitMart has announced the phased cessation of operations on its trading platform. Against this backdrop, it is unacceptable for significant company-owned assets to remain frozen for an extended period – without a case-specific explanation and without a reliable timeframe. An exchange that requests its users to make withdrawals must demonstrate that withdrawals can actually be processed.

The inevitable question is: is this a technical or compliance-related delay, or does BitMart lack sufficient liquidity, financial resources or operational capacity to process withdrawals promptly and in full?

SCANDIC COIN does not claim that BitMart’s insolvency has been proven as a fact. However, after more than 48 hours without a withdrawal or a satisfactory explanation, BitMart must immediately dispel this suspicion by providing verifiable facts.

BitMart must respond immediately

- Why is the withdrawal still marked as ‘Pending’?

- Is a compliance, security or risk assessment currently underway, and are further documents required?

- When exactly will the 22,000 USDT and nearly 930,000 SNC be released?

- Does BitMart have sufficient liquid assets to fully honour all legitimate withdrawal requests?

Immediate release or escalation
SCANDIC COIN demands the immediate release of the assets or a detailed written explanation specifying the precise legal, compliance-related, technical or security-related reason, as well as a binding completion date. Should BitMart fail to act, SNC will secure the screenshots and account documentation and take all available legal and regulatory steps, including filing criminal complaints regarding the possible misappropriation of assets.
